Plymouth Church Revised Protocols for Worship as of 6/16/2021
In light of new recommendations from the CDC and the Wisconsin Council of Churches, the Re-Opening Committee met this week to revise Plymouth’s protocols for Sunday worship and Council approved. These protocols will be in effect for worship this coming Sunday, June 20th. The Committee will continue meeting monthly (or more frequently as needed) to assess the COVID safety situation. If and when protocols are updated, the congregation will be advised.
With the intention of creating a safe and welcoming environment in our building for all who come to worship, to connect, and to work, we ask that you review and follow this process.
Masks will be required in the building, regardless of vaccination status. This protects children who cannot yet be vaccinated and everyone as some adults are not yet and some have extra health concerns.
Other safety best practices: Do not come if you don’t feel well. Wash hands and use sanitation stands frequently. Don’t share items with those outside your pod.
Distancing. Every other pew will be marked off. Post-worship conversations should be held outside.
Get Vaccinated: If you are 12 years or older and have not already, get your shots to protect yourself and others. Higher vaccination rates mean easier gatherings.
